All India Bar Entrance- AIBE exam :
The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) assesses skills at a basic level and intends to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding of the basic knowledge of law. On passing this exam, the candidate is awarded the "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India. The objective of The AIBE is to examine an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India. Candidates have 11 languages to choose in order to attempt this exam. This exam follows a multiple choice question pattern and would be open book exam. This exam is conducted twice a year.
